A Master’s degree holder in Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi, she has held key leadership and senior academic positions at reputed universities and design institutions.
Shalini’s expertise spans design education, curriculum development, academic governance, and the integration of contemporary industry practices into design pedagogy. Through her strategic academic leadership and industry-oriented approach, she strives to inspire, mentor, and empower the next generation of fashion innovators.
